PE Records

 Pe Records

Today I will be talking to you about the athletics that I have learnt this term.

This is my PE records

Discus : 6.48m


Long Jump : 1.4m


High Jump : 90cm


Sprints : 100m :  20sec


I made sure to bring my PE gear every week.

I participated to my personnel best every week.


Tip 1. Discus - Hold the Discus in your finger tips.
Tip 2. Long jump - When you land lean forward.
Tip 3. High jump - Jump with the leg that is closest to the bar.
Tip 4. sprints - use you arm to help you run faster.
