My ANZAC Day Poem

                                    My ANZAC Day Poem 
Hi and welcome  back to my blog today. I will be Talking to you about an
Anzac day poem. Let's start off with a poem about Anzac Day. I wrote it
myself.   
                                          Anzac Day.
Poppy's lay on the ground as we think of soldiers who fort for our land as
days go by till the day set aside just for us to think of them on Anzac day. 


The night before Anzac day I made some poppy out of reusable shopping 
bags. Here is a photo of them at are letter box and a photo of are
neighbours' window.

How To Make Delicious Cheese Rolls

Hi and welcome back to my blog today. I will be telling you about
how to make cheese rolls. These are my family's favourites. Let's get into it.


   Ingredients
600 gram of  grated cheese      
 1 tin of evaporated milk 
1 packet of onion soup mix
2 loaves of bread 

Method
1. Mix 1 can of reduced cream and onion soup in a bowl.
Add grated cheese and mix through.
2.Heat on stove till everything is mixed through
3. If you don't like crusts on bread, cut them off now- this is optional. 
 4. Spread the slice with one dessert spoonful of cheese mix. 
5.Roll up tightly so filling doesn’t spill out.
6 .Spread each roll with butter or margarine. 
7. Place on a baking tray and bake at 180°C oven for 7 to 9 minutes
or until golden brown.
8. Allow to cool for 1 to 2 minutes before serving.

Lock Down Pikelets

                                                           Lock Down Pikelets

Hi welcome back to my blog today I will be showing you how to make lock down pikelets
Let get into it

1. 1 cup standard flour
2.  1 tsp baking powder
3. 1/4 tsp salt;
4. 1 egg
5 .1/4 cup white sugar
6. 3/4 cup milk approximately

1. Sift the flour, baking powder and salt into a bowl.
 2. In another bowl beat the egg and sugar with a whisk until pale and thick. 
3. Add the egg mixture and the milk to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. 
4. Gently heat a non-stick frying pan and drop tablespoonfuls of the mixture from the point of the spoon onto the surface.
 5. When bubbles start to burst on the top of the pikelets, turn them over and cook the second side until golden.
6. Place in a clean tea towel to cool.

What I Did During the Easter Weekend

                            What I did during Easter weekend  

Hi and welcome back to my blog. I will be talking to you about what I did during the Easter
weekend. Let's get into it.


On Friday I helped my Mum and Dad with painting are house then we roasted marshmallows on a
BBQ then we put the marshmallows between two chocolate biscuits .


Then on Saturday we did some gardening and we took out trees and bushes then we went on a ted
dy bear hunt all together we found 185 teddy bears one house had 18 teddy bears we have
9 teddy bears up at our window.

Then on Sunday I woke up to find chocolate eggs by my bed. I went out to the kitchen my mum
had hid chocolate eggs around are house for me to find I found ten eggs.
